Core Strength/Stretch
All levels enjoy resistance training using bands/stability ball, strength training w/dumbells, abs & final stretching.
Stretch!
Who needs to stretch? Every Body! You'll leave class feeling great! Terrific for sports/yoga enthusiasts; also beginner-friendly, and especially good for chronic pain/post-surgery.
Yoga 4 Balance
Build balance from the ankle on up, as you loosen stiff joints, release low-back and shoulder tension and create a quiet inner balance; peaceful music and humor make this effective class even more fun to try!
Yoga-Lates
A gentle mixture of Pilates basics for core strength, and Yoga for relaxation and flexibility – this class is perfect for beginners to yoga or Pilates, and those wanting to ease back into their exercise routine.

Your Instructor, Joyce Bueker
Joyce has been a teacher and student of yoga for over 15 years, training at the Yoga College of India and studying meditation and advanced forms of qigong at the Oriental College of Medicine in Portland, OR.
She is a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner and Ayurveda Lifestyle Practitioner and blends long-holding or "yin" style/restorative poses with posture flow and humor to give students of all ages a sense of reinvigoration and relaxation.
