Restorative Yoga
Find Your Bliss in this 2-hour Relaxation Class...
Experience deep relaxation as you hold basic poses using bolsters, blankets and blocks to ease your muscles and tight joints into enjoyable release. Soothing music, relaxing vocal cues and plenty of time to deepen your mind-body awareness quickly bring you to a restful place in which you'll want to stay! Many of the poses are based on Judith Lasater's book, "Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for Stressful Times".

Joyce has practiced meditation for over 15 years. She will demonstrate techniques and describe how to use awareness of your mind-body type to enhance choices for stress reduction and deeper relaxation using Ayurveda 5 Sense Therapy.
Her background includes study of:
- Transcendental Meditation
- Soaring Crane Qigong
- Pranayama (Yoga Breathing)
Joyce has studied at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine & California College of Ayurveda; she is also a 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner and has been an Yoga-Ayurveda Teacher for 15 years.
